The Consumer Specialty Products Association (CSPA) commends the House and Senate for reaching a final bipartisan compromise on modernizing the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The negotiators announced the support of Minority Leader Pelosi, Minority Whip Hoyer, and Energy and Commerce Ranking Member Pallone earlier today.
